Michelle Franco
Michelle discovered the art of Pilates in early 2022 when she decided to try a Reformer class at Pure Pilates. She noticed immediately how Pilates made her body feel and the impact Pilates made on reducing her overall stress levels. Michelle believes the mind-body connection Pilates requires is a much needed reprieve from life’s day-to-day stressors.
Michelle began the teacher training program through Pilates Collective International Education in December of 2022 and completed her journey toward instructorship in May of 2023. Fitness has not always been a part of her life, and it is Pilates that has given her a new and revived outlook on fitness. She is now the healthiest she’s ever been! Michelle focuses on making her classes fun and inclusive of all humans. Michelle’s students are guaranteed a good workout and a good laugh.
