Pilates Reformer
This class offers a low-impact, full-body workout. Through continuous movement, the reformer springs provide resistance as you move through sequences of exercises. Pilates Springboard*
Switch up your routine! The Springboard class is a mat-based Pilates workout that uses springs and levers attached to the wall-mounted “springboard”. This invigorating class fuses Pilates mat work with Pilates resistance-based equipment. The springs appear similar to the reformer but are adjustable so each limb works independently. Creating more strength and balanced muscles.

Reformer Fundamentals
Work through current or past physical challenges in this moderately-paced class. Create strength, flexibility, and proper alignment in a safe and restorative environment.
Men’s Reformer
A Pilates reformer class focusing on specific exercises for the male physique. Build and encourage strength, flexibility and mental focus. A great supplemental class to support the activities you already love to do.
Abs, Back and Butt Reformer
Using the reformer and mat to focus on the essentials needed to connect to your Powerhouse. We will focus on strengthening the abdominals, back, and butt. Students will leave with an understanding of how to build a strong powerhouse to use in class and in their everyday life. This class is intended for those who are looking to get stronger and develop a deeper understanding of how your powerhouse (abs, back and butt) is the foundation for all other Pilates work. Beginners and more advanced movers are welcome!
