Andrew Kho
Andrew has been active in fitness for most of his life from water polo and swimming to training in a variety of martial arts. When a friend of his encouraged him to try Pilates, he found Pilates to be the perfect complementary exercise to his existing fitness interests. Pilates helped him to correct muscle imbalances, improve posture, strengthen his core, and develop his balance and flexibility. Pilates increased his body awareness and helped him work through movement challenges and injuries. Eager to learn more, Andrew enrolled in a teacher training program and completed his certification in 2023 with Pilates Collective International Education. He began teaching immediately.
What Andrew enjoys most about teaching Pilates is being able to connect with people, guide them towards their personal health and fitness goals, and see them progress over time.
Outside of Pilates, Andrew is a certified 9Round trainer, has a black belt and masters rank from Fushicho Martial Arts, and is a monitor rank in Capoeira Savana.
